About the Job
Betta Living established in 1966 are the UK’s premier Kitchen and Bedroom manufacturer and retailer.
We are looking to appoint an Experienced Call Centre Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, motivation and training of established Telesales Team with priority being day to day management of lead generation.
Main Duties :
- Leading by example, liaising with customers to make appointments for our design consultants
- Ongoing training and motivation of Telesales team
- To oversee efficient staff rota’s and ensure staff are remunerated accordingly
- To ensure all employees have completed and signed off all training schedules in the company’s ongoing training programme.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience within a supervisory role in call centre management.
